Inga Grimmett is the Founder and Executive Producer of Oceans And Roads Films, a division of Oceans And Roads , a trademarked multifaceted media and production company specializing in documentary films, lifestyle programming, online magazine publishing, podcasts and products. It is a subsidiary under GrimmettMiller, Inc.  Inga Grimmett carries over 20 years experience in television and film production serving as an executive producer’s assistant, associate producer and producer for networks that included CBS, NBC, MTV, FOX, Paramount Studios and E!. 

In addition she carries 10 years’ experience as a photo shoot producer and production manager for e-commerce catalogs, print and web advertising, marketing and social media for big box department store brands such as Nordstrom and Bloomingdales.  Inga is also a consultant for marketing and social media design, pitch presentation and web design. Inga also has extensive knowledge in costume design.  She has worked as a set costumer, costume designer and wardrobe supervisor for major studio television productions. 

Currently,  Inga works as a costume supervisor for a major television studio and is a current member of IATSE Local 705.  Currently Inga is developing The Oceans And Roads Non Profit which creates and awards scholarship funding for swimming and sailing courses as well as travel abroad work study programs for women, women of color and people from disadvantaged and underrepresented communities.
