Melissa Marvin is the fleet captain for Stockton Yacht Club in Stockton, California and a PICYA Delegate (Pacific InterClub Yacht Association). And a marriage and family therapist Monday thru Friday.

Previously she was the fleet captain of the nearby Village West Yacht Club also in Stockton.  

Relocating here in 1993 from Long Beach, Melissa has a deep love for the Delta waterways and all the activities it provides. She is dedicated to help improve Stockton Yacht Club with volunteerism, boating, participation in projects, dinners, events and outings. She is organizing outings on the Delta which include small and large vessels, exploring other Yacht Club’s, and supporting the Delta-Local destination and its neighboring establishments on the water. 

Powerboat Squadron offers classes on driving and boat safety.
