The club rents two Santana 22s named Cloud 9 and Rocketman, and one Pearson Electra 24 named Iris. The club also has a Shields class racing team, open to all members to freely participate. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe racing fleet consists of two Shields class boats named DeLaplaine and Meritage. Primarily racing against the <a href=\"https:\/\/mpyc.org\/index.cfm?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club <\/a>during the season, NPSFYC also raced in the Shields class nationals in 2021.
