Matthieu Marfaing

Matthieu Marfaing has sailed since he was 10 years old, traveling the world for four-and-a-half years with his family on a 40-foot iron monohull, Matt is no stranger to the water. “I love the intensity of sailing,” said Matt. “Bonding with the sea, the wind and the boat is incredible.”

At 15, Matt joined the French Youth sailing team, and would soon go on to join the French Olympic team, specializing in both multihull and monohull racing boats. With a long list of victories under his belt, Matthieu still has a passion for racing, but also enjoys the luxury and comfortability of Lagoon catamarans.
