Jillian Humphreys grew up sailing in the Delta out of Stockton Sailing Club. She was part of the first CA Department of Boating and Waterways grant to teach boating safety through a Learn to Sail program at my Stockton Sailing Club.

She continued sailing throughout high school on the high school team. She went on to get a US Sailing level one and a powerboating certificate at age 16 and continued to use them while teaching and coaching.

Jillian is currently working with Bay & Delta Yachtsman magazine, Catalina Direct and teach adults how to learn to sail. A PICYA delegate for the Stockton Sailing Club and the clubs membership chairman. She has served as a SSC Board member as well.
